Recently on June 3rd in a move that many could call “I may not play the best on the field, but I will definitely look the best,” the Indiana University Athletic Department revealed to its football team 5 new helmet designs that will be used in the upcoming season.

As you can see in the video below the guys were literally floored by some of the designs with the red/chrome combination being one of the most popular. So while many traditionalist feel that changing or altering the traditional uniforms is unnecessary to the bottom line of winning, its hard for programs to ignore the fact that the younger generation and players they are recruiting to their schools love this type of stuff.
